to the official KARMANA blog !

 

Karmana is the begining of a dream, a  journey,  a future path that I’ve not only been putting together on my travels around the UK and Europe but also in my years of hairdressing in Australia, New Zealand, London & France. This blog is an insight to keep you all updated on everything I’ve seen, learnt and been inspired by in the hairdressing and fashion industry.

But just to give you a little insight on what I’ve been up to over the past 2 yrs ……. Since leaving the Gold Coast in Feb 2009, Brad & I got married in Bali and traveled thru Indonesia, England, Scotland, France, Spain, Italy, Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily, set up life in London hairdressing and then took up a once in a life time opportunity to work on a million dollar boat in the South of France. And now with a baby on the way, its time to come home and get ready for the new adventure that lies ahead.

• ” The name KARMANA is the joining of two words that are significant to me.
  MANA is my maiden name which in Maori language signifies respect, power or leadership and is also the superhuman force in a person, place or object. KARMA means “deed” or “act” and more broadly names the universal principle of  cause and effect, action and reaction, that governs all life “

So watch this space who knows what KARMANA will be doing next,
